GA-7ZMM and Windows shutdown message

Hi all,

I have a GA-7ZMM mainboard and am having problems with my computer
shutting down. When I do a normal shutdown, instead of my computer just
shutting down, I get the message that tells me it is ok to shut it down.
I am sure this has been covered in the group before but this is my first
time in here. I posted a msg on the Giga-Byte site and am awaiting a
reply. Any help would be appreciated

I have a PowerSpec Model 7806

Memory= 192 Meg SDRAM
Processor=AMD Athlon 1.0 ghz
AMI Bios=F2B (thats all I can see when it boots)
OS=Win XP /w SR2

Anything else needed?
