Getting a motherboard

Hey, as you can tell I am new to the site. Anyways I am having trouble with my motherboard and basically have since a had it. I am pretty sure that the problem is my MB doesn't like my memory. I currently have the asus p5n32-sli pre/wireless, it says that it can use OC 800 memory, but I just have normal 800 memory. So anyways my question is, what is the best MB or best option for me. The other internals that would be going in a new MB is 2 7900gt, 4g patriot 800, 6600 due-core 2.2, 160 sata drive and 2 cd/dvd burners. So any help would be greatful
