Gigabyte K8NS PRO Bios Update partially failed

I have update with @bios utility the bios with version F14c but i
received the message "update failed" when i reboot the system the dual
bios utility copy backup bios into main bios with version F5. After
this i have restart correctly the system and reinsert previous bios
(F13) but also this time the message is Update fault".
This time when i reboot the system, the dual bios utility don't start,
the boot seem to start correctly but after initial screen of F13
version with message (load default settings) the system halt, with
black screen with cursor blinking.
I unable to enter in dual bios utility to use the backup bios. There
is any possibility to start the system?
Probably the bios have partially updated (only the first part) and the
mainboard don't recognize bios fault....

found a solution on another forum;

If you short pins 3-4 on the southbridge side while booting it will crash the bios and reload from backup
