Google Groups - Beta

When at work, I use Google Groups to access usenet. Beginning Monday,
Google had an announcement on the top of their groups page that they
were doing maintenance. At the same time, Start a new topic was grayed
out, and not available. The announcement has been gone for two days
now, but Start a new topic is still grayed out.

I've had to go to Beta Groups to start this new topic. Are others
seeing this?

BTW, Preview is not an option in Beta Groups.

Have you tried clearing your web browser's cache?

Try that first. If it fails, try clearing any stored cookies in your
browser.
