Graphics card for Ultra20

Hi,

Can I assume NVIDIA Quadro FX 3500 (p/n X4186A-Z)
works with Ultra20 (2.2GHz AMD Opteron 148), or
should I also get NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450 (p/n X7264A)
via used market?

Note that it's not M2, I just want to know whether
any technical restrictions exist, though M/B seems
customized Tyan's Tomcat K8E.
