My case (antec3700amb) has three H.D.D. LED connectors coming from the
front side . (2 pins each white/orange). My mobo is ASUS A7N8X Deluxe.
Where do I make the connections?? I am only using one Hard Drive. Do
all three connectors need to be attached to the mobo?? Any help is
greatly appreciated. Thanks!

according to your case manual here
http://www.antec-inc.com/pdf/manuals/slk3700amb_na.pdf
the two extra led connectors which should be labeled LED I and LED II
are for optional equipment(SCSI LED, message LED etc. So no you don't
have to connect all three just the Actual HDD LED.

Ok know where to plug it in. hmmmmmm hope you have small fingers the
HDD activity LED is located in the front(opposite of the expansion
slots) left corner you should see a series of pins labeled CTRL_PANEL1
at the very edge of the board that is two banks of ten pins each to
the right of that you should see a bank called SMB1 which has room for
6 pins one bank but one is missing(3pin then one missing pin and then
two more pins from front to back) head strait back in between
CTRL_PANEL1 and SMB1 should be atwo pins consisting of one bank
labeled IDELED1 this is where you plug in the HDD LED wire if you go
past the round buzzer and the ASUS ASIC chip you have gone to far.

good luck
