Hard Disk failing??

I have a smart array 5300 (raid 5). The last disk in the array...every
few minutes hangs (green indicator remains on) and the other 3 disks
blink on and off. This last for about a minute.

There is also a squeaking noise coming from the disk's.. I cannot tell
which one is making the noise but I am assuming its the last disk. I
have check insight manager and event logs. No errors reported. The
latest firmware has been installed.

Anyone have any ideas?

One of mine died last week, it's at data recovery... back them immediately-
I'm looking at $1200 to get to the data....

Call HP, log a case, send them an ADU report, and they will tell you what's
wrong.
