Hey all, I am new here and I am sure this has been asked and answered but it has been a long night so please bare with me.
I have a 300g drive that I use in an external case as a secondary drive. Tonight my computer stalled out so I did a reboot, it hung up on the page before post * I dont know what that page is called* when I turned off the external drive it booted right up.
So I let it boot then turned on the drive after the computer was fully running. Now it does not see the external drive at all. It stalls out at the "My computer" page running the green bar across the top of the screen but never sees the drive.
I also took the drive out and put it on my other computer as a internal drive but it hung up in boot up also.
The drive is spinning so I am not sure what to do with it.
Anything you all can think of would be great.
