HD problem with 8RDA3+

my two HDs are recognized as SCSI drives and they're not. I upgraded
my PC two days ago and found its slow despite of the faster cpu. i'm
using WinXP Pro SP2 (by the way how can i enable DMA mode for my
harddreives in xp SP2, in SP1 there was such option in device
manager)
