HELP! K7S5A sux

Here's the scoop:

K7S5A Pro Mobo:
Being a bitch and won't start

Psu:
Voltage
115/230 Volt
Current
7A/4A
Frequency
60/50 Hz
CPU:
AMD Athlon XP

I have had this same exact configuration working before. Whenever I
shut down by computer for an extended amount of time, it won't turn
back on again without some troubles, last time this happened I had to
buy a new mobo and CPU. I had it working earlier today but then I
continued to add everything at once (I know, very stupid) and now it
doesn't work, I tried the configuration before I installed everything
else at once but it wouldn't make any beeps, forget a POST. If anyone
else has this same problem and has a solution, PLEASE help.

Unplug the computer and use the Clear Bios Jumper for several seconds.
If it still doesn't start, try disconnecting any cd or dvd players.
