Hi, Im looking to purchase a motherboard with the following specifications, please help...

Spec.:

Brand: GIGABYTE
Chipsets: AMD
Form Factor: Micro ATX
SATA 3Gb/s: 6 atleast
Memory Standard: DDR3
CPU Socket Type: AM3

I appreciate any help and Thanks in advance.
