help needed ! hercules smarttv stereo card

Someone help me please...
I'm a newbie, bought a Hercules SmartTV card cause I need it for my job, but
after installing the drivers, either from the cd or the website, I get a
windowsXP message ;

IKernel.exe
The Instruction on 0x7ccd732a refers to memory on 0x00164c18. The read-
or write... ("read") on the memory has failed.

In dutch;

De instructie op 0x7ccd732a verwijst naar geheugen op 0x00164c18. De lees-
of schrijfbewerking ("read") op het geheugen is mislukt.

It seems that someone has the same problem on :

I tried to mail the sender, 'cause I wanted to know if the problem was
solved and how he did it, but got no reply.
