Help with Start up!

Hi.

I just reinstalled everything due to virus and keylogger attacks!

Now I have all WinXP updates, AV, software firewall (Zone alarm 5) and
other software to block out and remove invasive softwares!

Everything worked out fine until...

On a restart, a window appears after start up...

Common window with folder, BIN. It's empty.

It's part of the startup that's messed up but I do NOT know how to
correct!

It's very annoying!!

One of the softwares that I reinstalled probably messed up the startup
sequence but previously it did NOT!

Anyone know how to fix?????

Congrats - you`ve done the hard bit and won`t fall into the same trap
again (security lapses etc). For anyone else in a similar situation i`ve
