help

I just put my system together and when it was finished it worked fine! That
was a week ago. Now when I start it up it tripps off in less than a second.
It will do this 3 or 4 times before booting up. Sometimes it will do I while
I'm using it. It is a MSI PM8M3-V mother baord with a P4 524 3.06ghz cpu. I
use a 160GB HDD and a 15GB hdd a DVD ROM and a CD/RW ROM. I also put a 3.5
FDD and I am running my wireless PC card. Thats it The PSU is a coolmax V400.
Does anyone have any suggestions to why it is doing this it is driving me
nuts ,remember its not 2 weeks old yet.

start it with the sides open so you can see that the fans start up.
