Help!!!

For the last couple of days I haven't been able to chat in chat rooms. I can load it, log in, but then the chat window comes up blank. I've checked my computer and I think that java is o.k. Sorry, don't know much. Does anyone have any ideas?

Which Tablet PC are you on, and are you running the Windows XP SP2 beta?
