help wanted Acer AspireT 120E-8870

When you first turn on your computer (from new) you get an option t
burn a sytem cd , you can uncheck this item and it won't load again
Although i always let this load up . However i recently had boot u
problems and had to send my computer back to Acer for repair. No
however i do not get the option to burn a sytem recovery cd
Does anyone know how to turn this feature back on !
