HP 1215 Printing Problem

I have a HP 1215 printer, however, it has not been printing in color.
I have checked all options and it's correct. I put in a new cartridge
and it still doesn't print color.
(I am using a P4 with WindowsXP)

Is there anyone who has this problem?.
