HP 3100 print error

Hi,
I've a Windows XP Home pc with attached an HP Laser Jet 3100 all-in-one.
The printer works fine since it's attached to a Windows 98se pc but now with
Windows XP, it give some problems.
When I try to print a document when printer print a fax, the Windows XP
spooler give me an error and I have to resend the document to printer.
The error event is:
Error ID 61
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
error code Wind32: 63(0x3f)

Help me please.

Update the printers drivers to xp compatible drivers. Check the printers
website for updates.

Unistall the printer, unhook it, reboot, hook it back up, reinstall. If that
doesn't help contact HP.

Done.
Hp says me that is a Microsoft's problem.
Microsoft says to me that not have any known result for this problem.

Start, run, type in: sfc /scannow
Hit enter.
Have xp cd handy. See if this helps.

Done previously and sfc /scannow not report anything.

if you try to going into CMD prompt and send the command
NET HELPMSG 63

The response is that the document was deleted.
