i have a hp3330
i am receiving an message "scanner bulb warming up"
and then it displays "scanner error, power on power off"
i have updated the firmware that i got from hp`s pages but that
doesn`t solve the problem.
this problem has occured many times in the last month but
i have always managed to unblock it with the firmware.
what can i do next?is there a way to return the scanner bulb
to its originaly place somehow phisically or reset it in order to
return by itself?
