I recently obtained a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 4141A Source-Measurement unit,
but I have no documentation for it, and have no catalogs that old. It
appears to be identical to the HP 4141B, for which I have a manual with the
HPIB commands. Can someone please tell me what the differences are, and if
the commands are the same?

If you prefer, you may answer to me directly, rather than post to this
group. My email address is:

Thank you,

Larry Carr

I got the answer: the specifications and commands are the same, but the
4141B is faster, due to a new set of EPROMS and new HPIB board. I hope
this helps someone else.
