I have an HP 7130 multifunction printer which was originally connected
to a Dell Dimension 8300 desktop, win xp pro, via USB.
I later networked the the unit (200m print server), uninstalled the HP
software and then reinstalled it using the network option.
Works fine except for 1 minor annoyance: whenever I bootup I get a
printer status error in the desktop tray. Everything still works fine
but I have to manually close out the error message. Why is this
happening and how can I fix it so it wont report a non-existent problem?
