The trick to getting a CLJ 2840 & 1320n, 1320tn, or 1320nw to co-exist on
the same network is to install the CLJ 2840 HP Director first.

IOW, if a 1320 is already on the network, uninstall HP LaserJet Toolbox,
install HP Director, THEN re-install Toolbox.
