Hello,
I have this old HP printer that has trouble to print.
A few weeks ago it run out of dio and I bought a new dio container.
Since that, the moment I try to print its test page, the printer draws
a page, starts to work but returns me a blank page!
It seems like the dio container does not touch the page at all.
I reinstalled driver, restarted my PC but it didn't help .
If anyone encountered in similar problem and solved it, I'd be very
glad to know the solution.
Thank You

Leonid

I assume you mean cartridge when you say dio.
If you have removed the tape from the cartridge and it does not work then I
suggest you get it replaced by the supplier. A printer failure that produces a
blank page is extremely rare, so the cartridge is most likely.

Thanks for reply Tony.
I think it would be cheaper to buy a new one
