HP Laserjet 4550 - White Line when I print

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated...

For sometime now a white line appears on anything we print, running
from the top to the bottom of the page. It is most noticeable on full
colour pages. Cleaning inside has solved nothing. The drum and fuser,
as well as several colour cartridges have been recently replaced but
the line still exists!

Any ideas?
