HP officejet s5780 Help

My office jet scanner gives me an error massage of No Scan Options. I've
tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling, same. I've installed
software on a other pc, same thing. Any clue what's going on? I have os xp
professional and a 3.2 mzh cpu, 2.0 ram. Thank you,
