How much do you want to upgrade?
From the specs on the HP web site:
You can install a pair of 256MB PC100 168-pin non-parity DIMMs for a max of
512MB. Good quality memory will do, e.g. Crucial, NOT expensive HP-branded
stuff.
You can replace the CD-RW with a faster one.
You can replace the graphics card with a faster one with more memory, but be
careful about the voltage levels required by newer AGP cards. Newer cards
require an AGP slot supplying 1.5v. Older cards operate at 3.3v. Some cards
are dual-voltage.
As for a possible AMD processor upgrade, I leave that to someone who knows AMD
processors well. I rarely deal with them... Ben Myers
