HP Pavilion a6062a CPU fan

Hi,

I recently took the cpu fan off the heat sink, and I didnt take notice which way it was originally so my question is. Which way does it go on?

The fan has a label on one side and cross pieces that attach to the outer part. I currently have this side facing up is that correct?

Title is wrong it is a a6260a pavilion
