HP Pavilion dv7-2070eg - fan-noise

Hello,

just bought new dv7-2070eg notebook and when i turn on my computer, the fan
is running all the time. even if it is not hot, computer is not working
(cpu<7%) etc...

i found a setting in bios saying "fan always on" and disabled it. but no
change at all

Maybe someone had same problem and knows an answer, so that notebook only
turns on the fan, if needed

Try control panel, power management, select cooling method. You should
be able to go from max to silent modes for the fan(s)
