HP Quickplay on Pavilion dv4205tu

I have a new dv4205 laptop and when using HP QuickPlay to view a DVD the
audio is out of sync with the picture. The audio is ahead by about a quarter
of a second. Sent a note to HP support and they replied to reinstall
QuickPlay but this did not help. Anyone else experience this issue?
