For HP-UX 11.x they are available on <http://www.docs.hp.com>. For
HP-UX 10.x (and 11.x) they are available in (on-line) HTML format.

As Benjamin indicated: See the comp.sys.hp.hpux Newsgroup, especially
the FAQ which is regularly posted to that group.
