you can probably reset the lock by opening the case and switching the
little DIP-Switch to the correct position (or clearing the settings
alltogether).
Please have her find out the type of the Vectra VL as there are several
different models. There must be a sticker either anywhere on the bottom or
on the back of the case. Then get back to us.
