I disagree. I just went through this episode and had a Compaq, then a
Toshiba and now an HP Pavillion dv6150us, which is absolutely great.
The Compaq had a non working volume control on the keyboard. No tech support
or CompUSA could fix it.
The Toshiba had constant disconnect with its wireless function. It might
work 2 minutes, never more than 20 minutes and would always Disable itself.
It was NOT easy to enable it . Again, tech. support and COMPUSA could not
fix it.
CompUSA then suggested this HP and it is more than they promised. It works
flawlessly and I am very delighted.
