Hi Guys,

I am repairing IBM T40 and X31 both of the no power it is not the power adapter because it is working tested from other unit, I reset the processor also replace memory still no power, i measure voltage i am getting 16V almost all over the motherboard + against Ground any idea which component is faulty i check most of fuses seems ok i have a continuity. please advice.
