ie7 favorites bugs?

after updated from ie6 to 7 on my tablet pc, the favorites does not work: (i)
it can't drag&drop on the favorites menu; (ii) bookmark areavthe folder tree
that does not automatic shrinks (get back) the folder when clicking others.

i am using express option on windows update website to update all.

windows version: tablet pc edition 2005, version 2002, sp2
ie version: 5.7.5730.11
