depends where you live.
FWIW these P1s are very easy to get running a lot quicker. Still slow,
but quite useable for folk lacking the money for anything better.
Remove all background tasks, kill all you can in the startup file.
Clock the CPU upto 200 or even 233 - whatever it wil run stably at. If
no CPU fan, put a low speed one on when clocking it. Only need to
flick mobo switches to do this, then run a test program to make sure
there are no data errors.
Add more RAM, very cheap.
Own risk, clocking can occasionally fry a chip.
That lot will double its value, if youve got spare time.
