I'm not sure which is which. My display is 1680x1050 (I think...I
forget the actual resolution). It was the highest resolution display
at the time in the 15.4" model. I wouldn't really want to go any
higher. The display is nice an crisp, but I would only recommend it to
someone with good eyes....because everything (icons, text, etc.) is
*small*. Yes, you can reduce your resolution, but that results in
jagged edges and some blurring. Yes, you can increase your font
size/icon size (and any other size, for that matter), but I find the
end result isn't as pleasing as the default Windows text/icon/window
proprotions.
Would I change my decision? Nope. I'm quite happy with the display.
