Does anyone know if two different sizes of memory modules can be installed
in the Inspiron 600M? For example, if I currently have 2-256MB installed
can I replace one of the 256's with 512MB or 1GB module?

Thanks in advance,
Howard

Go to crucial.com . They seem to be pretty good about this type of
information.

Owners manual is found here;
http://support.dell.com/support/edoc...m/en/index.htm
up to 2GB of
2.5 V DDR SDRAM PC2100 or PC2700,
depending on your computer’s configuration

Thanks. According to the Crucial site I can mix different sizes with no
