I need to ask you for a step by step on this ..I'm just too scared I'm going to mess my printer up *more* ..
Got your advice re:Uninstalling the previous drivers.. let me ask you.. Uninstall with Printer totally disconnected .. USB port and Power ? ...
after uninstalling with Printer totally off..Then how do I install the driver ?? I've got it in a temp file and do I install the new driver with the
printer off or on ?
gosh..I feel stupid ! I've installed a LOT of drivers and this is the first time I've run into one that I am so careful of.. just had a
lot of problems with this model.
