Hi all,

I'm confused. I'm in a new job where I'm required to travel a lot in the
UK. As part of the job, I've been offered a number of pieces (HP gear) of
kit at a big discount. The laptop has been provided, but when it comes to
handheld/mobile, I have two options, seemingly the same except for the HP
Product code and price? The iPaq 6915 FA736AT is on offer to me for £320
delivered, whereas the seemingly indetical FA736AA is up for £228 delivered.
Why is there such a huge jump in price? What's the difference?

Thanks,

David

The only difference that I can find (so far) is that the "AT" model is
referred to as a "Top Value" product. I'm still researching, but
someone else may know what the TV designation really means.

Kindest regards,

James A. (Jim) Carter

Hi Jim,

Got a reply from HP today (finally!) and they said there is no difference
between the packages except the price...

I've read elsewhere that the AT is an option that retails can get something
like ?50 of reward points or similar when they buy the ~£320 AT.

Cheers,

David

This is my understanding also; no difference except they manner in which
they are processed through the supply chain.

Kindest regards,

James A. (Jim) Carter
