Hello,
I currently have 512 Mo DDR, 2100 or 2700, I don't even remember , on one
stick with an Athlon XP 2000+ (no overclock).
Everything is rock stable (never have any problem with this board)
I need to upgrade to 1Go because my hard drive is crying/swapping, and I
plan to buy another DDR stick, but I would prefer DDR 3200 (same price...)
for further use...

Any comment about problems when mixing two sticks of different speed ? I
googled a bit, and found a few problems but no real issue.

Any experience ?

Regards

Tom

I have two sticks of 256mb DDR, running at different speeds on my K7S5A, no
problems, been rock solid for over two years. Sticks are different brands as
well!!! The general opinion seems to be the mixing sticks is not reccomended
but I have never had any issues!

You can be unlucky that it wont work...
I have tried Samsung 256Mb PC2100 with Apacer 256Mb PC2100 which worked
fine.
2*256 Samsung (or Apacer) also worked fine on my board.

Kind regards,
