Hi! I know that the K7S5A Pro PLL has a "bug" which prevents that
motherboard from booting with an FSB equal to 166 or 200MHz but, if the FSB
is changed by software (like SpeedFan) when the system booted, for example,
with a 133MHz FSB, then there is no problem.

Here there is described an hardware modification for changing the FSB value,
so the BIOS should be bypassed about FSB frequency: would this let the board
boot with 166/200MHz FSB or there would still be the PLL issue?
