K7S5A V1.0 USB header

I've just brought a new case which has front mounted USB ports. I am trying
to use the USB header in this board with no luck. I have got the pin
diagrams from the ECS website but is there anything else I need to do (eg in
BIOS) to make this work?

You must be very careful to make the correct connections else you could
blow your mobo.
