K7S5A V1 Sounddriver not DirectX9.0c compatible ?

Hi,

I have problems installing a new Game which requieres DirectX9.0c on my
Machine equipped with a K7S5A V1. Windows XP.
9.0c didnt install and dxdiag says that the soundhardware is not
available, but it is (i hear it ;-))
SiS-Sounddriver 7012106 installed (Newer available?)

Any adivce ?
