K7S7AG Dram Frequency in Bios

Hi
I have an K7S7AG with an AMD Athlon 2000+. Does the dram frequency in
the setup portion of the bios get set at 1-1 ratio 133mhz OR 1-2 ratio
266mhz?? I tried to set it to 266mhz or 1-2 and it would not boot and I
had to clear cmos. Does ddr mean 133x2 = 266mhz
