k7vta3 v8.0 wont post

Got the ktvta3 v8.0 with Duron 1800 at frys. Set up system with gf4 mx440
and mushkin pc3200. No post, no beeps no video no nothing. Swapped out
(one at a time) gf4 ti 4200, corsair pc 3200, and duron 600. Reset cmos,
and bumped fsb settings back down to 100mhz. No luck same thing happens
each time...ie nothing, no beeps, no video, etc. Any suggestions?

PSU?

Does anything, like fans, power up? If you can swap the PSU.

300W antec PS. Fans/cd/HD/VideoCard Fan powers up.

swapped board. Now boots up no problems. Those dang dead mobos will drive
you crazy
