k8n neo4 platinum v.3.0 usb problem

Excuse my poor english..
I have this motherboard but i can't activate the support for usb2...
every time i plug a usb device it works only in 1.1 instead of 2.0.....why?
i've tried every single port.
sisoft sandra says this:

the device is usb2!
in the bios there isn't the option of choosing the speed of the ports..only
usb enabled or disabled..pppfff!
what can i do?

the problem is in that device which is not usb2!!!!!! mmmmmmmm...
after trying a lot of times i find the solution...another usb2 pen works
correctly!

I have the same problem , it is a nightmare. Can somebody help?
