Win98 contains this feature, using the keypad on the right. I think
its called mousekeys or something, and is turned off by a keypress of
your limited choice.
Check out disability options, I think thats where it is. Be sure to
set the speed and acceleration to max. Mousekeys is more cumbersome
than a proper mouse, but once you get the hang of it it saves a whole
lot of hand mileage, thus enabling more typing work to be carried out
per day.
I'm a tad fuzzy on some of the details, but thats about right.
