known power issues w/ Aspires?

We purchased 100 Acer Aspires and for the last 6 months have sporadic
power issues on many of them (they just won't turn on at all in the
morning, if you wait a while, they will turn on). We've reset the
voltage in the back and it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. has
anyone else heard of this problem?

I had a similar problem and Acer Support sent me to an article titled "If
the notebook does not power on:" that ran me through a notebook version of
power off / on reset. See if that helps.
