KT400_Ultra_Platinum

Hi, hope someone can help.
On KT400 Ultra Platinum I upgraded to BIOS "kvx42aa9.exe", no problems.
But, I'm cofused which High Point software to use when I install XP.
Do I use the drivers from "High Point Utility v2.32.zip" or
"HPT372_2341.exe". I realize one is raid management software.
Any help is appreciated. Sorry, I do not accept personal replies.
