kt4vl and 2700+ 512ddr

i upgraded to 1.9 bios just to be safe, when i install windows xp i
get errors throughout the disk randomaly everytime, the disk works
100% fine i have used it on several other machines, i can install
windows xp on the hd through a different computer with no problems,
the ram i tested in another pc and it also works fine, so it has been
narrowed down to the kt4vl, or the 2700+,

note: i have gotten it to install windows but it randomly errors and
crashes.

any suggestions?

did you put in your BIOS settings after the flash?...everything goes back to
default after a flash..
